Lifecycle labels below are bound to the portfolio registry and M9 certification evidence. Route presence alone never implies Live or GA.

Explicit non-claims
- Payment collection is implemented in code but is not live-certified or production-ready in this release.
- Launch Gate K (independent security review) is BLOCKED until an independent reviewer attests (
artifacts/certification/gate-k/). - Providers without current Gateway certification receipts (including Gemini and Exa as Gateway launch paths) must not be described as launch-ready Live.
